Responsibilities

• Training Program Development: Create and deliver engaging and effective training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.
• Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Content Creation: Develop a variety of training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, manuals, and interactive activities.
• Facilitation: Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Implement evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance training methodologies.
• Individual Development Plans: Collaborate with employees to create and track individual development plans.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate training records and documentation for compliance purposes.
• Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees to support their growth.
• Technology Integration: Utilize cutting-edge training technologies and platforms to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Training and Development Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with e-learning software and other training tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving training needs.
• Certification in Training and Development is a plus.
