  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality tests, findings, and corrective actions taken.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and work on preventative measures to avoid recurrence.
  • Training: Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on quality performance metrics for management review.
  • Customer Feedback: Monitor and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements in our products/services.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
