- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and quality standards.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and work on preventative measures to avoid recurrence.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on quality performance metrics for management review.
- Customer Feedback: Monitor and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements in our products/services.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role
