  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with IT suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
  • Cost Optimization: Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies.
  • Procurement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive IT procurement strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and manage IT contracts, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee IT inventory, including tracking and maintaining stock levels to meet business needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that IT products and services meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and ensure procurement activities adhere to legal requirements and ethical standards.
  • Reporting: Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in IT procurement with a deep understanding of IT hardware and software.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
