Responsibilities
- Training Program Development: Create and deliver engaging and effective training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Content Creation: Develop a variety of training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, manuals, and interactive activities.
- Facilitation: Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Implement evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance training methodologies.
- Individual Development Plans: Collaborate with employees to create and track individual development plans.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate training records and documentation for compliance purposes.
- Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees to support their growth.
- Technology Integration: Utilize cutting-edge training technologies and platforms to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Training and Development Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with e-learning software and other training tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving training needs.
- Certification in Training and Development is a plus.
