- Network Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Security: Implement and manage security protocols and measures to protect the network from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Hardware and Software Management: Install, configure, and upgrade network hardware and software as needed.
- User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, addressing network-related issues and inquiries.
- Monitoring: Continuously monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network-related projects and initiatives.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and execute network backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Compliance: Ensure network compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Training: Keep up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and share knowledge with team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with network hardware and software (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, Cisco, Juniper)
- Proficiency in network security and data protection
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
