Responsibilities

• Network Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Security: Implement and manage security protocols and measures to protect the network from threats and vulnerabilities.
• Hardware and Software Management: Install, configure, and upgrade network hardware and software as needed.
• User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, addressing network-related issues and inquiries.
• Monitoring: Continuously monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network-related projects and initiatives.
• Disaster Recovery: Develop and execute network backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Compliance: Ensure network compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Training: Keep up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and share knowledge with team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with network hardware and software (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, Cisco, Juniper)
• Proficiency in network security and data protection
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
