Responsibilities

• Algorithm Development: Develop, optimize, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
• Data Analysis: Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights and inform decision-making processes.
• Model Training and Evaluation: Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models to achieve the highest levels of accuracy and performance.
• Deployment: Deploy machine learning models into production, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into various products and services.
• Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and ML, and actively contribute to our innovation pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Proven experience in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence, with a strong portfolio of projects or research.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or TensorFlow.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for model deployment is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex challenges.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
