About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent that aligns with our company values and culture.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted resource for employees by addressing questions and concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer and communicate employee benefits, including health, retirement, and wellness programs.
  • HR Policies: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the performance evaluation process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to drive data-based decision-making.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company’s compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles with a solid understanding of HR best practices.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
