About the Role
As a Human Resources Specialist at Y&D, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that our employees have the support and resources they need to thrive. You’ll be the go-to person for all things HR, from recruitment to employee relations, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the success of our organization.
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent that aligns with our company values and culture.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted resource for employees by addressing questions and concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
- Benefits Administration: Administer and communicate employee benefits, including health, retirement, and wellness programs.
- HR Policies: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Performance Management: Assist in the performance evaluation process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to drive data-based decision-making.
- Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company’s compliance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles with a solid understanding of HR best practices.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
