As a Custodian, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are clean, organized, and conducive to a productive work environment.

Cleaning Excellence: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing all designated areas such as offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common spaces.
Maintenance: Report and address any maintenance issues promptly, such as broken fixtures, leakages, or damage to property.
Stock and Inventory: Keep track of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary.
Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe environment for employees and visitors.
Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning schedules.
Flexibility: Be available for occasional evening or weekend shifts as needed for special cleaning projects or events.

Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.
Attention to Detail: The ability to notice and address cleanliness and maintenance issues is crucial.
Physical Stamina: Custodians may need to lift heavy objects and spend extended periods on their feet.
Team Player: A willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues
Integrity: Maintain a high level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism at all times.
Experience: Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus but not mandatory. We are willing to train the right candidate.
