About the Role
As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and functionality of our physical workspaces. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our employees, clients, and visitors. - Facility Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep and functionality of all company facilities, including offices, warehouses, and common areas.
- Safety and Compliance: Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance with local regulations.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the facility budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance and improvement projects.
- Space Planning: Oversee office space planning and utilization, optimizing for productivity and growth.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of facilities professionals.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Drive sustainability efforts to reduce the company’s environmental footprint.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on the facility’s performance and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations.
