Quality Control Officer

About the Role

As a Quality Control Officer at Y&D, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and evaluating our products at various stages of the production process to ensure they adhere to our quality standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be essential in delivering products that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks on raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control tests and inspections.
• Participate in the development of training programs to enhance the skills of production staff.
• Investigate customer complaints and product non-conformities to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in the [industry] sector.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
