Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in product development and R&D, with a strong track record of successfully bringing products from concept to market.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other relevant engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to think creatively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

- Project management experience is a plus.
