About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when needed.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
