- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business strategies and decisions.
- Model Development: Develop and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical methods to solve complex problems.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies and apply them to enhance our data science capabilities.
- Data Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and data requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Experimentation: Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and improve existing models and processes.
- Data Management: Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preparation to ensure the quality and reliability of data sources.
- Communication: Present findings and insights to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role in a research and development setting
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, along with data manipulation and analysis libraries,
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and statistical analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
- Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for learning and staying current with emerging trends in data science and analytics.
