- Administrative Duties:
- Assist in general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Sales Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and prospects.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Support the development and execution of sales campaigns.
- Marketing Duties:
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content.
- Help in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation and promotional activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- A basic understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms is a plus.
