You will be responsible for managing our client accounts and utilizing advanced CRM tools to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and growth.   • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients by understanding their needs and proactively addressing concerns.
  • Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring that all aspects of their business needs are met, and deliver a superior client experience.
  • CRM Utilization: Utilize advanced CRM software to track and manage client interactions, optimize sales processes, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, then implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Client Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into our ecosystem.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
