As an Accounts Manager/CRM Specialist at Y&D, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. You will be responsible for managing our client accounts and utilizing advanced CRM tools to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and growth. Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients by understanding their needs and proactively addressing concerns.
- Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring that all aspects of their business needs are met, and deliver a superior client experience.
- CRM Utilization: Utilize advanced CRM software to track and manage client interactions, optimize sales processes, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and offer tailored solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional client service.
- Data Analysis: Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, then implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Client Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into our ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
