Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all services, products, and solutions offered by 42Souls Enterprises Private Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”), including those provided through any of our sub-brands or affiliated entities. By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, clients agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all engagements, including but not limited to one-time services and projects, subscription-based services, digital products and solutions, retainer agreements, and any offerings under sub-brands or affiliated entities.
2. Cancellation by Client
Before Work/Service Commencement: A 100% refund will be provided if the client cancels before any work has begun or access to services/products has been granted, minus any applicable administrative or transaction fees.
After Work/Service Commencement: If the cancellation occurs after work has started but before 50% completion, a 50% refund of the total amount paid will be issued. If the project or service is 50% or more completed, no refund will be provided. For digital products or services where access has been granted, no refund will be issued post-delivery or access.
3. Cancellation by 42Souls Enterprises Private Limited
We reserve the right to cancel any project, service, or engagement due to unforeseen circumstances, resource limitations, or conflicts. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund for any uncompleted or undelivered services/products.
4. Refunds for Subscription-Based Services
Billing & Cancellations: Subscriptions and retainers are billed in advance and can be canceled at any time. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle, but services will continue until the end of the paid period.
Non-Usage Policy: Non-usage of a service or product does not entitle the client to a refund. It is the client’s responsibility to utilize purchased services within the billing or service period.
5. Non-Refundable Components
Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred for third-party services (e.g., domain registration, hosting, licenses, software tools) are non-refundable once purchased.
Digital Products & Licenses: Sales of digital products, licenses, and downloadable content are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
Custom & Creative Work: No refunds will be issued for custom work (e.g., branding, content creation, design) once initial drafts or concepts have been shared.
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Any payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction or service delivery. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication will be treated as a breach of this policy, and legal action may be pursued to recover the disputed amount, along with any associated fees.
7. Timelines, Delays & Client Responsibilities
We strive to meet all agreed-upon project timelines and delivery schedules. However, 42Souls Enterprises Private Limited reserves the right to extend project timelines if necessary to ensure the highest quality deliverables. We prioritize quality over speed and may take additional time to achieve the best possible results.
Any kind of delay—whether caused by us, the client, or external factors—will not be considered grounds for refunds, discounts, or compensation. This includes but is not limited to delays due to extended creative processes, technical challenges, late client feedback, delayed content submission, or unforeseen circumstances.
Clients are encouraged to maintain flexibility with deadlines to accommodate the creative and technical processes involved. Clear and timely communication from both parties is essential to ensure a smooth workflow and successful project completion.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, non-performance, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, pandemics, or labor disputes.
9. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at support@42souls.com with the following details:
- Full Name & Organization (if applicable)
- Service/Product Purchased
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for Cancellation/Refund
- Supporting Documentation (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
10. Acceptance of Policy
By engaging with 42Souls Enterprises Private Limited or any of its sub-brands, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
