As a Junior Research Analyst at Y&D, you will play a crucial role in helping us gather and analyze data, uncover market trends, and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Collect and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards that communicate research findings.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to provide insights and recommendations for business strategies.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve research processes.
• Perform ad hoc research tasks as assigned by the research team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
• Prior internships or coursework related to research and analysis are advantageous but not mandatory.
